Block Fantasies Support

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 30, 2026Last updated: October 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Roventra Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the service providers we rely on collect, use, share and protect personal data when you use Block Fantasies, our block-placement puzzle game for Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store) (the “Game”), and this website, blockfantasies.com.

In short: we do not ask you to create an account and we do not ask for your name or email address in the Game. The Game shows ads through Google AdMob, which uses your device’s advertising identifier subject to the choices you make in the consent screen. Purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store, so we never see your card details. Your progress is saved on your device and, if you use them, in Google Play Games or Apple iCloud. Game artwork is delivered from Cloudflare. We do not sell your personal data.

1. Who we are

Block Fantasies is developed and published by Roventra Studios, based in the Republic of Türkiye. Roventra Studios is the data controller (in Turkish law, the veri sorumlusu) for the personal data described in this policy that we process for our own purposes.

You can contact us about privacy at any time at [email protected]. We handle all privacy requests by email; we do not currently accept requests by post.

Some of the services built into the Game — Google (AdMob, the User Messaging Platform, Google Play Billing and Google Play Games Services), Apple (App Store and iCloud) and Cloudflare — also process data. Where they do so for their own purposes, they act as independent controllers under their own privacy policies, which we link to below.

2. Data we process

Block Fantasies does not have user accounts on our servers and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location permission, contacts, photos or other files. The data processed when you play is limited to the following:

We do not collect special categories of personal data (such as health, biometric or religious data), precise GPS location or financial account details.

3. Advertising & consent

The Game is free to play and is supported by advertising, including rewarded ads that you can choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward. Ads are served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited.

What AdMob does

To deliver, limit the frequency of, measure and protect ads against fraud, AdMob collects the device advertising identifier, IP address, device information and ad interaction data described above. If you allow personalized ads, Google may also use this data, together with data it has collected from other apps and websites, to show ads based on your interests. If you do not, Google serves non-personalized ads, which are based on context (such as the app and general location derived from your IP address) rather than your profile; Google still uses some data, including identifiers, for frequency capping, aggregated reporting and fraud prevention.

Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Consent through the Google User Messaging Platform

We use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for and record your choices about ads:

  • European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: before personalized ads are shown, a consent message (based on the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework) asks whether you agree to the use of your data for personalized advertising and related purposes. You can accept, reject or choose specific purposes and partners.
  • US states with privacy laws (such as California): where required, a message lets you opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising.
  • Türkiye: you are shown non-personalized (contextual) ads unless and until you give your explicit consent to personalized advertising through the consent prompt in the Game. You can withdraw that consent at any time from the privacy options in the Game’s Settings.

You can review or change your choices at any time from the privacy options in the Game’s Settings.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS, where required, the Game asks for your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before the IDFA is accessed for tracking. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, the IDFA is not made available to the Game or AdMob and you will receive ads that do not rely on cross-app tracking. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Resetting or limiting your advertising ID

  • Android: Settings → Privacy (or Google) → Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID (menu names vary by device).
  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

4. Purchases & subscriptions

The Game offers optional in-app purchases (such as in-game currency, extra moves and unlocking artwork) and an optional auto-renewing VIP subscription. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing on Android or the Apple App Store on iOS. We never receive or store your payment card or bank details.

To deliver what you bought, verify that a purchase is genuine and restore purchases, the Game receives information from the store such as the product identifier, purchase token or transaction ID, receipt, purchase time and subscription status. Google and Apple process your payment and billing details under their own terms and privacy policies (Google, Apple).

5. Cloud save

Your progress (levels, unlocked items, in-game currency and settings) is stored locally on your device. To let you keep progress when you reinstall the Game or change devices, the Game can also save it in the cloud:

  • Android: through Google Play Games Services (Saved Games), linked to your Google Play Games profile;
  • iOS: through Apple iCloud, linked to your Apple Account.

This data is stored by Google or Apple in your own account. We do not operate a separate server copy of your progress. When you sign in to Google Play Games, Google may share your Play Games profile identifier and display name with the Game as part of that service. You can delete cloud-saved data at any time — see our data deletion page.

6. Game content delivery

Block Fantasies requires an internet connection. Gallery images and videos are downloaded from storage and a content delivery network operated by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare R2 and CDN). As with any web request, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical request data (such as the requested file, time and user agent) to deliver the content, keep the service secure and protect it against abuse. These logs are not used by us to identify you. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

7. Support & crash reports

If you email us — for example to ask for help, report a bug, send a crash report from the Game, or make a privacy request — we receive your email address, any name in your email account, the content of your message and anything you choose to attach (such as a crash log containing device model, operating system, app version and error details, or a screenshot). Crash reports are only sent when you choose to send them by email; the Game does not upload them automatically. We use this information only to respond to you, fix problems and keep a record of the request.

8. Purposes & legal bases

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / UK GDPR) or Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

PurposeLegal basis (GDPR)Legal basis (KVKK)

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time through the privacy options in the Game’s Settings or your device settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object (see section 14). We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Providing personal data is not a statutory requirement, and you are not obliged to provide it. However, it is needed for some features: if you do not allow use of the advertising ID or do not give consent, you will be shown non-personalized ads; and because the Game requires an internet connection, it cannot be used without the device and network data needed to connect to it.

9. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data for money. Personal data is shared only with:

  • Google (AdMob, User Messaging Platform, Google Play Billing, Google Play Games Services) — Google Privacy Policy. With your consent, Google’s ad technology partners that participate in AdMob’s auctions may also receive data under their own policies; the consent message lists them.
  • Apple (App Store, iCloud, App Tracking Transparency) — Apple Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare (content storage and delivery) — Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
  • Our email provider (Google Gmail), which hosts the support mailbox you write to.
  • Authorities, advisers and others where required — if required by law, court order or a competent authority, to protect our rights, users or the public, or to professional advisers (such as accountants and lawyers) bound by confidentiality.
  • A successor business — if Roventra Studios or the Game is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your data or you will be notified of changes.

10. International transfers

Google, Apple and Cloudflare operate globally, and personal data may be processed in the United States and other countries outside Türkiye, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland whose laws may not offer the same level of protection. Where such transfers take place, they are made using appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, and, for transfers from Türkiye to Google, Apple and Cloudflare, the safeguards available under Article 9 of KVKK, such as the standard contractual clauses offered by these providers, together with the other grounds that article permits. You can contact us for more information about these safeguards.

11. Data retention

  • Data on your device (progress, settings, consent choices) stays until you delete it in the Game, clear the app’s data or uninstall the Game.
  • Cloud saves stay in your Google Play Games or iCloud account until you delete them there.
  • Support emails and crash reports are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 2 years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Purchase and transaction records are kept for as long as required by tax and commercial law — up to 10 years under Turkish law (including the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and Tax Procedure Law No. 213).
  • Data held by Google, Apple and Cloudflare is retained according to their own retention policies.

When data is no longer needed, we delete, destroy or anonymize it.

12. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections for content downloads, verification of purchases through the stores, limiting access to our support mailbox to authorized personnel, collecting as little data as possible, and choosing providers with recognized security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and the competent authorities where required by law.

13. Your choices

  • Ad consent: change your choices at any time from the privacy options in the Game’s Settings.
  • Advertising ID: reset or delete it, or limit tracking, in your device settings (see section 3).
  • Cloud save: sign out of Google Play Games or turn off iCloud for the Game, and delete stored data (see our data deletion page).
  • Purchases: manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
  • Everything on your device: uninstall the Game.

14. Rights under GDPR & UK GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • erase your data (“right to be forgotten”);
  • restrict processing in certain circumstances;
  • data portability — receive data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests, and at any time to processing for direct marketing;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
  • lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work or where an alleged infringement occurred (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).

Because we do not run user accounts, most data about you is held on your device or in your Google or Apple account, where you can manage it directly. For data we hold (such as support emails), email [email protected]. We will respond within one month, which may be extended by two further months for complex requests as permitted by law. We may need information (such as your platform and purchase order ID) to locate your data and confirm the request is yours. For data that Google, Apple or Cloudflare process as independent controllers, you can also contact them directly.

15. Rights under KVKK (Türkiye)

This section is our notice as data controller under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). The data controller is Roventra Studios, contactable at [email protected]. The personal data processed, the purposes and legal bases, the recipients and the methods of collection are described in sections 2–9: data is collected by electronic means through the Game, the app stores, our service providers and the emails you send us.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

  1. learn whether your personal data is processed;
  2. request information about processing if it has been processed;
  3. learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose;
  4. know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom personal data is transferred;
  5. request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
  6. request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions in Article 7 of KVKK;
  7. request that third parties to whom data was transferred be notified of corrections, deletion or destruction;
  8. object to a result against you arising from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems;
  9. claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

You can send your request by email to [email protected]. You may also apply in writing or by any other method set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller (such as registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature or mobile signature), in line with Article 13 of KVKK; if you wish to apply by one of these methods, contact us by email first and we will provide the details you need. We will respond free of charge as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days, unless the response involves a cost permitted under the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board. If your request is rejected, the response is inadequate or we do not respond in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu) under Article 14 of KVKK.

16. US & California privacy rights

This section supplements this policy for residents of California (under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, “CCPA”) and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws.

Categories of personal information

In the past 12 months, the following categories of personal information have been collected in connection with the Game, from the sources and for the business purposes described in sections 2–8:

  • Identifiers — advertising ID, IP address, purchase transaction IDs, email address (if you email us);
  • Commercial information — records of in-app purchases and subscriptions;
  • Internet or other electronic network activity — ad interactions and content request logs;
  • Geolocation data — approximate (not precise) location derived from IP address;
  • Inferences — interest profiles that Google may create for personalized ads, if you allow them.

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA.

Sale and sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. However, allowing AdMob and its partners to use your advertising ID and ad interaction data for personalized ads may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (“targeted advertising”) under California and other state laws. You can opt out at any time through the privacy options in the Game’s Settings (powered by the Google User Messaging Platform), and you can also limit ad tracking in your device settings (see section 3). We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

Your rights

Subject to legal exceptions, you have the right to:

  • know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell or share, and to access it;
  • delete personal information we collected from you;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising;
  • not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We will verify your request by matching information you provide (such as platform and purchase order ID) with information we hold, and respond within 45 days (extendable by a further 45 days where permitted). You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of authorization. If we decline your request, residents of states that provide a right to appeal may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Appeal”; we will respond within the time required by your state’s law.

We retain personal information for the periods described in section 11.

17. Children

Block Fantasies is rated 16+ (PEGI 16) and is intended only for users aged 16 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. In particular, in line with the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

18. This website

blockfantasies.com is a static website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We do not set cookies on it or use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it has no forms. Cloudflare processes the IP address and technical data of visitors as needed to deliver and secure the website (see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy). Links to third-party sites are governed by those sites’ own policies.

19. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Game, our providers or the law. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, we will give you notice in the Game or by other appropriate means and, where required by law, ask for your consent again.
